We want to welcome your family to Burnett! Due to COVID19, our regular Sunday morning children's programs are currently not running. However, we have created many opportunities for your family to have fun, build relationships, get in God's Word together and grow in your parenting journey.
Each quarter our hope is that we will be able to provide:
1 or 2 Family Fun Events—the purpose of these events will be to: a) spend time together b) provide an opportunity for your family to invite another family who is not yet connected to a church to experience our church community. This Christmas, we are hosting Christmas Minute to Win It and Joy Jam! Our preteens will also get a chance to invite their friends to a night at the theater!
A Discipleship Focus Initiative—the purpose of this will be to focus on a spiritual habit as a family. This quarters spiritual habit is Using Your Gifts to Serve. This winter, we are encouraging families to take part in our Give to Grow! Our preteens are also invited to explore their spiritual gifts in a small group and serve at Joy Jam.
A Parent Event or Course—the purpose of this will be to equip and encourage parents in their God-given role as the primary disciplers of their children. This January, we are offering a 5 week Zoom course, Sibling Conflict: From Bickering to Bonding.
All of our events will be done observing COVID19 protocols and most require you to register.
As always, please feel free to email or call me with any prayer requests, or simply to chat!

Our current kids' series, Unboxed, is designed for the whole family to participate in together. The interactive videos air Sunday mornings via YouTube, directly following Burnett's regular service. You can also view the them after via YouTube or directly from our website.
Come connect and learn with other parents on Zoom as we work through this great content regarding Sibling Conflict.
If you have a child in Grade 5-7 check out our preteen-specific events in the sidebar to the right! Although preteens join in at all of our family events, at this age it is so important for them to also have 'their own thing'.
