Every marriage has its ups and downs, but we could all use some help in making ours stronger and healthier.  Do you ever struggle with any of these common occurrences:

  • Disagreements over seemingly inconsequential things?
  • Same fight, different topic?
  • Being frustrated or angry because your spouse has failed to meet your needs?
  • Never feeling truly “heard”?
  • Giving in to your spouse, but then resenting them?
  • Putting off making a decision because it’s too hard to talk about something?
  • Feeling disconnected?

This conference will give some very practical tools you can take home to help resolve each of these struggles. Maybe you only need 1 or 2 new ideas?   Maybe you need help with all of them?  Maybe you can come and learn some tools to help a friend or neighbour in crisis?

Come join us March 16 and 17 for some great food, some toolkit-building and some warm fellowship!

**This program is based on a new program Focus on the Family Canada is bringing to help strengthen marriages across Canada.

99% of couples who attend intensive counselling based on these principles say they would recommend this to a friend!

Presenters for this Conference will be:

Wayne Reed has been a pastor and counsellor for over 25 years. He is originally from South Africa where his ministry life began. He developed a passion for seeing marriages thrive while pastoring there.   Wayne began his ministry with Focus on the Family Canada in June 2017 and since then, has been training to be a marriage intensive therapist with the Focus Marriage Institute.

Vicki Hooper is a Canadian Certified counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. The Lord’s leading was very clear in her life to respond to the opportunity to work in the Hope Restored program at Focus on the Family Canada in 2017. Since then, she has been training to be a marriage intensive therapist with the Focus Marriage Institute.

Tickets are $25.00 per couple and can be purchased by completing the form below or they are available at the Burnett Fellowship office and the Information Center during the weekend services.
